Elaine Taylor

Elaine Taylor is co-founder and president of The Taylor Family Foundation (TTFF), established in 1990, with a mission of preserving the wellness and enhancing the quality of life for children with life-threatening illness, developmental differences, chronic diseases, and youth at risk. Through her visionary leadership, she raised funds to build a 150-bed residential camp facility in Livermore in partnership with East Bay Regional Park District. She and the TTFF staff continue to create one of the most comprehensive special needs camp experiences available anywhere. Elaine is a strong businesswoman as well as a well-known community leader, educator, and philanthropist. Elaine brings to our Board many years of success working in the nonprofit sector.
